With the SurfSkate Aritz Aranburu signature model YOW is proud to cooperate with one of the best European surfers. Aritz Aranburu was one of the last professional surfers who began to use the YOW system frequentely for his asphalt surf training. The YOW system was convincing him so much, that he remained at YOW SurfSkates until today and braught a lot of input to manufacture his own signature model. If someone doesn’t know him yet, Aritz Aranburu is one of the greatest surfers in the history of spanish surfing. He is charismatic and enthusiastic not only in surf but in every aspect of life as well. That´s why it is such an honor to cooperate with him!

At the time YOW started to design his signature model, he already had clear ideas and open mind, so the development of the YOW Aritz Aranburu signature surfskate happened on few days. The shapes have been designed according to his surfing style and his normal surfboard´s outline. Aritz’s opinion about his ideal surfskate was clear: a more narrow outline on the tail and nose than our normal surfskate size, providing a sharp surfing on the concrete!

The YOW Aritz Aranburu 32.5” uses the YOW System S5, for skaters above 50 kgs.

Introducing the new CINETIC wheels, this wheels will bring you the feeling you have on your surfboard!

The design is inspired by the world-known painting by Pablo Picasso “Guernica”.
